Agent 发给我GFE上的 "your initial loan amount is = 325,000"
请教3个问题
1）贷款额应该是323k 还是325k？我在网上考古，按大家说的true no cost应该是323k
. 担心Agent耍滑头
2）Escrow
agent说，refi要建新的escrow account. existing escrow account can't transfer.
refi 以后，把旧的escrow 关了，两周以后以前的银行会把余额写支票给我。 请问是

3）closing cost
Agent asked me to allocate 10k in bank. but didn't give me detail amount yet
, just said it will be no cost refi (agent will give me rebate in check,
about $2000). my question is usually how much i need to put in escrow? tax=
6000, insurance =1000. is 7000/2 good enough? if that's the case, I just
need to allocate 2000+3500=5500? 不知道他为什么要我准备10k.

发帖数: 2610 | 6 1，我觉得要贷exact amount挺难的，金额肯定有出入，只要你自己心理算清楚账就好
了，到时候结算的时候，多出来的钱用来付ESCROW ACCOUNT。
2，我REFINANCE也是这样的，也是要先交给他们新ESCROW ACCOUNT的钱，然后旧银行再
返钱给你。我问了我TITLE COMPANY，好像也说是这样操作的。
3，APPRAISAL FEE和TITLE FEE应该没有这么高的价格吧？APPRAISAL FEE一般450，然
后TITLE FEE你可以找以前旧TITLE COMPANY做，一般有优惠，我旧的TITLE COMPANY给
出来的价格是1300.不过每个州规定不一样，你仔细问清楚好了。
当然，我的REFIANCE还没有最后CLOSE，等着最后给出来的数据，我的AGENT告诉我自付
金额应该不会超过1000，如果超过这个数目，我就不CLOSED了，嘿嘿。 | s*********0
发帖数: 2045 | 7 GFE的E就是指estimate，这个amount都是可以改的，你想refi多少就refi多少，agent
还不是听你的。哪怕lock了，这个数目小修改一下都没问题（亲身经历）。而且你估计
要下个月close吧，到时候还有一个payment，连$323k都不到了。
