Seller 今天联系我的agent 说有比我高的的offer, 但是他们准备按我的价格counter
， 提出几个条件：
(1).7天内remove appraisal contingency
(2).7天内remove inspection contingency
(3). 只能找wells fargo
(4).30天close escrow.
inspection 和 wells fargo, 我倒是不在意， 但是appraisal contingency 比较担心
， 7天能搞定appraisal么？ 还是seller 压根就不打算让我们受这个contingency 保
护？

目前在北加, 为了抢房子, buyer都不能加appraisal contingency. | s********7

double的话，相加什么加什么加什么。 |
