Appraisal $370 我付, 不过我拿到的所有的quote,Appraisal都是我付.
Owner Insurance $10, no big deal. 无rebate
一共quote了5-6家，有银行，有mortgage broker, closing cost ex transfer tax都
在4,200 - 4,500之间, Wells Fargo正好在中间.有些有rebate的, processing fee什么的都比人高出一截
还有一个要求就是在他家开个Escrow Account. 我本来也打算开的，所以就无所谓了。 |

To be more accurate, 4,380 including 600 of est. 1st yr insurance premium.
