Your adjusted origination charges=-3008.28+640=-2368.28 (your credit from
lender)
Your other cost is 20+18+1076.3+113.68=1227.98.
So the net credit (cash) to you=2368.28-1227.98=1140.3. |

楼主说的是0 cost加1000 credit，如果hud里没写borker credit，
那么楼主应该拿到手1000 + 640 （prepaid appraisal fee） = 1640.
如果有borker credit， 就是1640 - borker credit。 |

ITEM #804 (Appraisal fee) usually show up as charges no matter who paid it.

Lender给你的Credit是1141没有错，你的Loan Agent用这其中的640付了你的Appraisal
,所以剩下的500是你拿到手的Credit.
你的理解或许是Lender的1141 都给你，然后Loan Agent再还你640，但Loan Agent不是
这么计算的。

appraisal，你会得到1143块，所以lender出的钱就是1143+640，你得到的是1143块。
现在你已经出了了640块，得到的怎么会比没出钱时还少了呢？ |
