If tenants decide to vacate the premises, tenants agree to give 2 months
written notice to the Landlord.
Said notice to be delivered on the first day of the month, 2 months prior to
moving or all deposits will be forfeited.
我的房子6月中close，希望是房租交到6月底。
这样是不是5月1日把notice 送到就可以了？
按这个写的是不是必须是5月1日，不能早也不能晚？ |

，否则我要在多给一个月房租。我上个星期就把通知给她了。 |
