purchase,
until that he won't allow me to perform an inspection on the house.
It's a normal sale with 20% down.
The house is at North NJ. Market here is not that hot..
I do like the house. But the seller is being too tough.
My lawyer is negotiating with seller's attorney to lower the upfront deposit
to 5%.
Any suggestions? |

But the time for paying that: Usually buyer pay the 2nd Deposit (5%~10%) 7~
14 days after the attorney review. During that period buyer can schedule an
inspection on the house. Only after the inspection will the buyer pay the
2nd Deposit.
Now the seller is asking for a upfrond10% deposit without inspection... |

如果在加州倒还有可能。
除非卖家手里拿了很多offer
