你可以选择不要impound account吗？

支付全部贷款费用。

When you set up the impound account, you will reseerve a few month property
tax + home insurance as the starting balance. Those money will be paid to
escrow ( if you are in CA) at closing. However, if you want to cancel the
impound account/payoff/refinance in the future, the balance in your impound
account will be returned back to you in check by lender.

propertytax and insurance. It is your money and will be returned back to you
if you do the refinance or payoff in the future.
