其实没那么麻烦，每个月set up payment， escrow 还会帮你付了地产税保险，还省点
事儿呢。
说不准你过了几个月就 refi， 这钱就到你口袋里了。

发帖数: 1826 | 17 其实是rebat 5000 跟rebate 2000的区别，利息低0.125，rebate 2000不能cover所以
的closing cost（3600左右）所以要自己掏一点。利息高一点rebate多，付了cost外还
有剩，多的钱（多1千左右）变态不能直接给我，只能付给预付税和保险，所以要求设
escrow.钱直接给我不就行了，真变态规定。搞得真麻烦。
escrow的麻烦是，自己不能掌控，保险之类的变了，还得通知他，太烦了。 |

少拿rebate，跟从自己口袋里掏钱还是不一样的。如果每月就省20刀的话，何苦呢？
再说，LZ不会是打算30年才还完吧？有提前还款，总利息就会将，如果LZ前7年就还差
不多了，我个人认为不需要在乎那0.125%的。 |
