通常都是她来电来邮催我，你赶紧办这个赶紧办那个，催得我又是感激，又是心头一把
怒火。
她还指导我们怎么做正确的材料，银行才会及时批准。中间home insurance，VOE之类
的，反复修改好几次。多亏Sherry经验丰富，办事利索，否则拖到几时还不好说。
12月28下offer，12月31日找到sherry，昨天1月19日所有文件都准备齐，就等1月25日
close了。咩哈哈~~~ |

其实我觉得只要loan broker能按时搞定贷款就好了，为什么一定要纠结啥时候做

发帖数: 1098 | 10 是要纠结的。Listing Agent经常一天两个电话催我。Appraisal的结果出来的结果可能
千奇百怪，还是早知道为好。现在appraisal都是专门的appraisal公司在作，你的loan
officer也控制不了，但至少可以给压力。
我有一单appraisal回来让seller刷房子。Loan officer给告到总部，closing还是退了
三天。如果有expiration 费的话，谁出？
现在rate低，appraisal report出来了还要和refinance的人一起排队，等着
underwriter过目。如果你的材料被打回来，还有有时间处理commitment letter里
contingency。
你这个皇帝应该跟着催。

communicate with the loan officer, title officer and escrow officer. Nobody
want to do more work. unfortunately, not all buyers know what to do and lz's
case just like that. Then, it will be the agent's job to communicate with
all parties and make sure the transaction moves alone smoothly and can be
closed on time.
