能不能给个大概范围，我好做个预算。

report上show出的debt，还要加房子的property tax和homeowner insurance，HOA费什
么的。
DTI高于45%，需要出示至少12个月的reserve才有可能放宽一些吧。 |

Owner Insurance) is required. Balance in your retirement account counts.
