APR 4.21,total of payment =15,2000
但是我按照rate 3.25的monthly payment 790 算下来应该是790*180=14,2000啊
怎么理解这几个数字啊? |

TIL still count closing cost when APR is calculated. but the difference
between 3.25% and 4.21% is way too high, normally it should be within 0.25%.
You need to examine your GFE carefully. |

里面,
apr就是4.21. 等付够了20%,就可以cancel PMI。
我们房子是125000,首付10%, 每个月PMI 55, rate 3.25%, APR 4.21%,
这样解释的过去吗?

S**********e 发帖数: 10 | 6 如果是no cost refi的话,只要盯紧rate就可以了,因为lender及broker会帮你付所有
的closing cost。
如果是purchase loan的话,则要看APR,因为purchase loan通常都是borrower来付
closing cost的。

b*d 发帖数: 9308 | 7 老外喜欢比较APR,但是有时候这个数字confusing。一般其实只要看利率就可以了,然
后make sure the cost is reasonable.
