agent in that case). she can tell you whether there's offer or not, but can
not tell you anything more than that. you also can find another agent for
you unless you have signed some agreement with her already.

research,把contract的每个字都要弄懂,不要随便签自己不懂的东西.

关键是代理有无职业道德
最关键还是自己有点这方面的知识
俺买也是丑话说在前头,结果还让代里有所防备.如同吃了个苍蝇. |

But you need to do your own homework on the price and STICK to it.
If your offer is the same or little lower than others, the agent will push
yours along. You can even get some credit/rebate from dual-agent as he will
earn double commission from your deal.
I have three friends bought their house with dual agent in South CA, all
good experience. |
