s******g 发帖数: 2318	1 马上close了才拿到HUD，被里面的条款弄得头大，哪位有经验帮忙分析一下是否合理，不胜感激：）基本情况：NJ,贷款41万7，SFH 1101：Title Services and Lender's Title Insurance: $1,286. 1102 Settlement or Closing fee ($800) 1103: Owner's Title Insurance: $2,154. 1104: Lender'stitle insurance 空白 1107: Agent's portion of the total insurance premium 空白 1108: Underwriter's Portion of the total Insurance Premium $2229 1201 Government Recording Charges: $430 1202 Deed: $165 ， Mortgage: $265， Release 100 Additonal Settlement Charge: 1304 Notice Settlement to County $100 1305 Admin fee $150 1306 Survey $625 1308 Travel fee $150
