title service and lender's title insurance 1,108 由以下费用组成：
settlement Escrow or closing fee to escrow company 438
lender's title insurance to escrow company 670
Agent's portion of total title insurance premium 551
underwriter's portion of the total insurance premium $61
还有一项
government recording charges $100
请问就算是no cost refi, 这些费用还是要自己出吗？谢谢! | d**s
