现在银行的推荐两种选择，
1：２０％ DOWN PAYMENT+５％ HFA， 月供 １１００
２：１０％ DOWN PAYMENT + 3.5 ５／１ ARM 月供 1400
不知选那种?
还有什么可以选择?
