程中得知这个房子屋顶漏过水，大修过，还有一小块ceiling要修。我们知道这是大问
题， 有些犹豫，这几天和listing agent通了几次email， 问了问具体的漏水和修理情
况。 今天给listing agent发信想递一个offer， 得到了这样的回答：
As a courtesy to you, I wanted you to know that another buyer is preparing
to make an offer on this home today. I do not know if it will be accepted or
not. If you are still interested in this property, I would recommend that
you talk with your buyer's agent about making your own offer.
会有这么巧的事吗？他带我们看的房，还让我们找一个buyer agent递offer？

纠缠，想买就走正规渠道递，不想买就算，不想跟你浪费时间，根本就不是想吊你胃口

question about leaking so that they want to give you an impression that the
house is going to be sold and expect you don't check the leaking issue.
Because they know you will walk away if you know the truth about the leaking
. You know truth, you walk away, you find out they lie, you walk away, you
get fooled, they win. You see, they lose nothing in this cheating. If I were
you, I will walk away immediately.

修理费从价格中扣除。另一个买家并不一定有你了解的透，验房之后也会知道。如果让
别人拿走了，拿走就拿走，也不是THE ONE。

价格，修有修的价格。并不是人家要修就卖不掉或白送给你。我现在的房子卖家和经纪
才是真骗呢，验房之后还嘴硬呢，关键自己对这件事怎样判断。

再加些信息：这个房是出租房，现在是一家中国人住着。listing agent说不想打扰房
客， 只允许在周末的两个很小的time window里看房，还要提前48小时预约。碰巧看房
的时候中国人也在， 也用汉语交谈过。带我们看房的listing agent是白人，应该不懂
汉语。会不会因为这样，listing agent认为我们有可能从房客那里知道了屋顶漏水的
情况， 为了显得诚实而主动告诉我们呢？
