今天受到broker的文件一大堆，closing cost credit agreement 有一条; Borrower
understands that either re-finance or sale of the property will incur a pay-
off of the mortage loan.
真的不明白了，难道我就不能再re-finance和买房了？

either re-finance or sale of the property.
