知道的我们这儿，owner's title policy和transfer tax是seller付的。 | t****u

Like in Santa Clara county,CA, seller pays owner title insurance, while in
Alameda county,CA, buyer pays it.
Also in San Jose city, there is $3.3/$1000 city transfer tax, buyer-seller
50/50. But in Fremont, there is no city transfer tax.
Check with your local agent.
