2. If you are just okay with the house, back out.
Of course, you should look at your contract and attorney review letters

What's the estimated price by chase? or even zillow?
If their estimations are closer to your paid price, then try to dispute your
lowball appraisal. But ususally appraisals are reasonbally good and not
easy to dispute.
