on location. There are TH communities that financially stable people (e.g.,
many fellow Chinese) tend to buy, thus the THs won't be affected that much
- there are always fellow Chinese looking to buy.
Generally speaking, your statement is true. But on the other hand, if a SFH
community has some shortsales (etc.), the house prices will be affected
significantly.
Many people don't want to waste their lives on maintaining house stuffs (
except those who enjoy).

发帖数: 9308 | 4 完全同意，我说的就是个General idea. 在贷款的时候，Townhouse如果做30年的贷款
要有0.75point的Charge(如果Down只有20%).

发帖数: 36252 | 5 sfh you have more freedom and privacy. no HOA to look over your shoulder
on every house/yard work. (some SFH communities have HOA but in generally
they are a lot more lax)
you have to share a wall or two, or 3 with neighbors in townhouses. in
general they are less work to maintain.
