offer上写的是17天contingency，17天内可以back out，拿回initial deposit。如果
appraisal 出来之后离17天的contigency很近，seller不肯谈价格，我们是不是可以不
remove contingency，只要我们不remove contingency，back out还是可以把initial
deposit拿回来？

得要有合理解释。比如估价比成交价低，银行贷款可能就有问题，那样deposit是可以
全数拿回来的
