的，油漆也是新刷的，一切看着都很新，不过没有inspection report。如果有“内伤
”，我们在做inspection的时候能不能查出来啊？

，有人为此已经有牢狱之灾了。之后出台了若干规定，其中之一就是90天之后买房，还
必须之前是cash deal买入的。 |

bank has to wait for 90 days before auction and the flipper has to wait for
another 90 days before resale.
Now banks are exempt, temporarily, from the 90-day rule so that they can
clear their inventory faster : ) When you see the 90-day rule applicable to
banks again, you know we are out of the woods. Right now, I don't even see
the light at the other end of the tunnel.

., no deal last purchase was within 90 days and resale price is at least 20%
higher than previous one. Conventional loans,however, just use it as a
guideline. Banks look at many other factors such as appraisal, buyers
credit, down payment, etc.

发帖数: 174 | 14 foresclosure的房子一般180天才在市场上出现，是因为大多数州，owner是有6个月的
法定赎回期的，在这期间buyer是没有fee simple absolute的title。只有过了法定赎
回期，foresclosure的buyer才有了房子的title.
而卖房子，你是要有marketable title的，处于法定赎回期的property当然不算有
marketable title。
