are pending.
我的H1b以过期；公司已经拿到了H1b renew的收据，今天寄出了加急，我感觉一个月内
拿到批准应该没有问题。我先在以这个去做贷款，可以吗？（我问到的是他们要看到
H1B在6个月或3年内有效）
关于绿卡，我以拿到EAD & AP，预期可能在1-2月内批准。这样可以贷款吗？
明天要去银行，但现在想听听大家的经验，因为担心银行的人会不管三七二十一的给做。

发帖数: 128 | 4 it is short sale and the loan was just approved by the 2nd loan yesterday.
There is little chance to change the offer.
our plan is to find a banker who are familiar with this. one of my friends
got loan by using his EAD while 485 is pending.
My agent suggested us to try to close by the Bank (short sale) asked,
however, we would ask for an extension later if we could not.

closing. Your case is fine. Don't worry about it. If you need the lender's
information, just contact me.

of slow? in particular the appraisal process?

发帖数: 128 | 10 下午跟BoA 和 WF通了不少电话，两个人都是referred，最后选择了BoA的，她是中国人
，跟我agent很熟，给的rate和package不错，电话里感觉挺好。WF给的rate稍高，收费
也高一些。它们都说H1b和EAD可以办，都会按时closing。
现在已经开始办loan了，希望一切顺利。
