lender's insurance是不答应的。

发帖数: 4192 | 3 羊毛出在羊身上，反正都在房价里。Buyer买还可以shop around，选不同的option。
seller买肯定最最便宜的，反正不是自己用。

depends on the contract you already signed, who will pay it? check your
contract)
