the premium is based on purchase price, which is around 2400. then there's
other fees. different agencies can differ somewhat. e.g. my co-worker and i
purchased houses for the same price, her title insurance final price is 300
more than mine. |

title search is ~400.The title insurance part is ~2400, It inlcudes both
owner's title insurance and lender's title insurance. Does the buyer need to
pay for lender's title insurance in NJ?
