I thought it was supposed to be charged by the lender, cuz it was listed on
the Good Faith Estimate. Is it required by lender though?
Should we negotiate with the seller? I think it might be too late now. Both
seller and buyer have accepted the offer.

价格，和lender一点关系都没有。
