Built in 1988, 2518 Sqft, 3-bed room, no basement, lot is 0.23AC. Located in
one the best school districts around my area. The average price in this
neighborhood is around 340k. My realtor thinks the price is too high, which
leaves very little room for new equity in this house. We think it's overpriced
too, but we like it. How should we do? |
