Agent 给出的closing cost list:
Appraisal fee 400
Lender's underwriting fee 670
Credit report 40
Flood certification 8.5
Tax service 69.00
Title and lender's insurance fee 1235
Recording title 150
Agent说closing cost就是上面这些.

下面是来自escrow公司的estimate帐单--agent说几个大的item不算close cost,是我本来就该出的:

Title services and lender's title insurance $1235
Government recording chargs $150
Santa Clara county tax collector for 2nd inst 2011-2012 property tax $ 1396.

Total=$3781.76

我只是想知道大家的common practice,这些是算入还是不算入closing cost.
