合同上写五天内再付16000(房价的5%). 现在感觉对房子不是很喜欢, 想退出. 但看到
合同上有如下条款:
Buyer Default: if buyer fails to perform this contract within the time
specified, including timely payment of all deposits, seller may choose to
retain and collect all deposits paid and agreed to be paid as liquidated
damages or to seek specific performance as per paragraph 16; and broker will
, upon demand, receive 50% of all deposits paid and agreed to be paid (to be
