发帖数: 1860 | 4 原来的工作是3年的合同，只做了7个月就被炒了。我当然有理由叫屈，但是不能是前老
板的坏话，不然谁还敢雇佣我。
说intern的话，说不过去。Intern怎么会费那么大的劲从国外招过来？而且我之前都有
很多工作经历了，不可能做intern。

First, you'd better get the confirmation and agreement from the previous
employer. Both of you should have the same story. You may be asked to sign a
background check form which will list the reason why you left your last
employer. The future company would like to contact your previous employer.
They just need a contact email. Based on one of my friends experiences, you
can get one email of the previous company's HR, not necessarily your
previous boss. And the HR typically and have no reason to reveal why you
left previous company. You can use that email in your background check form.
The previous company would help you as long as you didn't commit a crime
there. : )
After get the agreement from previous company, the safiest reason would be
the family reason. OR, you want to change a city, switch to different
interest... blah blah

your own reason for leaving (e.g., more challenging, life/work balance).

it easily by simply saying that u r not re-hirable.

conduct之类的,只能看你运气了. HR如实回答没什么好怕你告的. |

发帖数: 1860 | 11 没有misconduct。他们自动给我6+月的的工资，想想我在那里也就工作了7个月。
我没有做错事情。而且做了很好的工作，工作了每周70多个小时。

at least they didn't do well enough to become important. very few smaller
firms will bring laid off ppl back. bigger firm might, it's case by case.
