work that they need me to help with. Today they ask me to sign a consulting
agreement that they will pay me hourly in the future in case they need my
help. I'm holding an H1B visa and there is no conflicting interests between
my current employer and my future employer. Is it legal?

发帖数: 551 | 4 I don't see why not. If you current employer's H1-B isn't expiring soon, and
your new employer will tranfer you H1-B, then you'll be holding two H1-B
visas, thus can legally work for both places.
