诡异的是面试结果非常好，只有hiring manager一副为猥琐琐的样子几乎不敢看我，结
果可想而知是悲剧，recruiter 说所有feedback都是very positive，但是HM decide
not to moving forward with my offer and the HM is holding back on other
candidates too，the recruiter is frustrated too.
朋友说当时面试就完全是装样，因为recruiter事先跟我说过hiring freeze, do I
still want to do the interview 我就该拒绝。
这样算正常practise 吗？如何分辨真hire人的interview和装样的interview 呢？ |

they might still do it. Otherwise, who wants to book a ticket, hotel and
gather several interviewers blocking their time, potentially cost $2000
expenses for an interview going no where? |

opening, interview是假的interview, 不明白花这个时间和钱干嘛？
不过我的确觉得当时HM有心事，心不在焉，组里的feedback都很好

1.免费面试涨经验值。价值至少1500刀。
2.feedback很好，下次有机会时可以水过。hm欠你一个情。
3.及时将来不去，了解一下行业动态，认识一些人也是好的。
所以你管他真的假的，有面就赚的。
