hiring committee后会有三种结果：
（1）通过。这时会再送交executive committee。executive committee的通过率就是
非常高的，一般总部on-site几乎是100％过。而如果不是总部on-site，也有80-90%的
通过率。
（2）不过，也就是杯具了。
（3）margin。这时候可能会给你match其他组，然后继续面试。 |

I got the same email after I had an on-site with Google at Mountain View.
After another week, the recruiter emailed me that she was going to call me
with an update. The update was whether I was interested in interviewing with
other openings. I didn't continue the interview process, though. |

process, they never care about your research. Your excellent research worth
no more than a single coding problem! Google is a very nice company though.

research好坏基本不考虑，心中有点不爽。

种是基于一个好的idea，技术上没有太大难点，这种情况有没有phd无所谓。还有一种
做一个新产品，技术上都不明朗，这种情况下 我不信本科或master能够起到和phd一样
的作用

和master的interview还是不一样的。
