who is a section 8 recipient. He want to rent the property at $1300 so he
can qualify his welfare and he can pay the rest of the rent from his own
pocket by assign an additional lease.
For example, I can lease to the husband for $1300 for one room and lease to
the wife for $900 for another room.
But I am wondering that is this considered as fraud and will cause
potential trouble?
I have no idea. Just want to get some opinion.

Section 8 has stringent rules for both tenants and landlord, don't try to
play the system, bring the proposal to the county Section 8 mgnt office and
ask for their opinion and tell the truth, you will need their endorsement in
the end anyway because you need their part of the payment. |

除非是section 8 tenants犯错了，政府才会收回他（她）的 section 8 voucher吧？
这对他而言就是一个巨大的打击，所以这也是很多section 8不愿意和landlord太闹的
原因。
当然landlord如果害的section 8 tenant丢掉了voucher，他们什么事都做的出来

然后就是漫长的等待。
