Walmart is a solid company, recession proof and will continue to grow
overseas.
WMT is an inexpensive and extremely stable stock.
In my opinion, WMT is better than cash and better than most bonds in most
scenarios down the road. I use it as sort of a cash alternative in my
portfolio.

It's not good for very high inflation, but still much better than cash in
that case.
