Whether to toll over IRA to Roth is personal choice. I find it hard to
believe that if your MAGI is over the limit. Your marginal tax rate right
now could be lower than your income tax rate when you retire.

without deductible, roll over 401K to trad IRA as well, then wait till
next year and roll over all traditional IRA to Roth.

typical老中在layoff前都已经囤积了无数个月的emergency cash...
另外你要是convert导致要交几万的税，你肯定convert多了。一定不能
超过15%的税线，否则优势就没有了。

发帖数: 864 | 13 除了存DP, 我其实看不出了存大把现金的必要. 现金也算是一种投资手段,而且是回报
率最低的一种.
不过,即使老中,买房以后saving很高的也不常见,常见的是几年就把贷款还完了的. 多
数人有个贷款就非常的难受,比不得吃光用光的老美.
