景较弱，2篇第一作者文章，无引用，3个在申请专利，接近20篇review。所以NIW 侧重
于自己在工业界的贡献。下面是移民官的主要几点comments/requests:
1.“the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the proposed employment
has substantial intrinsic merit and would be national in scope.”
2. “Please submit copies of any current published articles by other
researchers citing or otherwise recognizing your research and/or
contributions. (Citing articles may have been published after the filing
date.)”
3.” Please submit documentary evidence to establish that you have a current
record of specific prior achievement that justifies projections of future
benefit to the national interest. You must establish, in some capacity, your
ability to serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent
than the majority of your peers. You must demonstrate, to some degree, your
influence on your field of employment as a whole.”
我的问题是：
1． 关于第2点怎样回答才好？
2。 关于第3点，“You must establish, in some capacity, your ability to serve
the national interest to a substantially greater extent that the majority
of your peers”。我在原申请中强调的是 to serve the national interest to a
substantially greater extent than others with minimum qualifications. 移民官
的要求更象是EB1的要求？有朋友经历过类似情况吗？

---因为你提交申请时，citation是0（无引用），所以，在递交了申请这么长时间之后
，IO想看看你的citation有没有改善（IO已经强调，递交申请之后发生的citation也可
以）。还是在质疑你的成就被认可。所以，如果有citation了，就提供，没有的话，就
解释为什么没有citation，然后再进一步强调国家利益。

---你需要提供证据证明：i）你的成就会对美国国家利益有好处；（你在原申请中怎么
claim的，还怎么说） ii)从某种程度上来说你有能力持续地为美国的国家利益服务（
虽然你是NIW，不受雇主限制，但如果有雇主或你老板，上司等人的强烈推荐最好）；
iii)证明从整体来看你在领域了的影响（IO还是抓着你的小辫子，要你提供citation）。

有关citation,还是几乎没有(3)。只好实话实说，强调发表的文章仅仅是自己贡献的一
小部分了。
非常同意您所说的“还是在质疑你的成就被认可”。有关第３点，其实也是如此。现在
怀疑是自己在原申请中递交的documentation不够。所以也会再补充一些具体的资料。
又，已经递交过现公司老板的推荐信。

没有太多好的建议，就是多交几份有力的推荐信吧。bless |
