Roger和大漠孤烟两位仁兄都分别阐述了他们是如何应对low citation带来的 not
international recognition的方法。但是鉴于现在新的两步分析方式，我认为与其去
解释整体行业citation低的问题，并不能说明你是这个领域的outstanding,并且被
international recognized的问题。所以我借鉴了两位仁兄中的方法，几乎两人都使用
了类似的方法，那就是分别如下：（这个我直接原版拷贝,版权归两位仁兄）
1. I have been invited to review the research articles from 18 editors
including 14 independent editors in 8 countries for 14 journals in various
scientific areas.
Review 5个方面：量大，好杂志，独立牛editor，reviewed article作者牛人，
editor为啥选你的证明信
Table 4 to Table 7 list the information of the reviewed journals, invited
editors, and reviewed articles authors.
2 The journals I was invited as judge of the work of others are all
prestigious international peer-reviewed journals.
列表杂志的信息，例如，xxx Journal, top
3 The editors who invited me to review the articles are independent
international well-known professors and scientists from 8 countries around
the world.
列表editors 信息。例如，xxx，大牛
4The authors of articles I reviewed are international recognized
scientists from 11 countries.
列表 authors 信息,例如，xxx，大牛
5 I was invited as a reviewer due to my international reputation of
excellence in my field testified by the editors of leading journals.
Editor证明信
但是在通读了RFE以后，无数个地方强调的是objective evidence,还有就是expert
opinion. 所以这次准备RFE我吸取了把前4点列在了PL里面的教训（从我的感觉，我泱
泱洒洒16页的PL也是被华丽丽的忽略了）, 这次这四点我分别放在了两封不同的推荐信
里面。一封是Editor的verification letter,一封就是放在了写review paper的那个老
教授的信里面。因为我的判断是IO认为写在PL里面的东西或多或少都带有主观的成分，
是申请人自己的话，不objective,才导致了他不weight或者甚至不看的状况。 那好，
我不列在那里，我让他们出现在我的RL drafting里面。这就是我前面提到的，不能在
RL里面留漏洞，坚决不可以出现这种状况。 从结果看，这个方式对我是成功的。 （仍
然强调一下，我认为PL也是很重要的，我的观点是，PL里面出现的一些重要数据，我是
不让他在RL drafting里面漏掉）。
(应flashball兄弟的揭短，我再补充一下细节吧，呵呵）
在看到roger和大漠两位仁兄在如何使用这个审稿方面来证明international
recognized后，我就定下来了走这条避虚就实之路。就是我不去解释我citation上的弱
处，而转为去借审稿来强化我的intl recg. 为了在短期内获得在internal本领域各个
国家的杂志审稿的分布，我特意去google scholar查本领域的杂志列表。 选择几个杂
志，分别分布在不同的国家。分别加拿大，英国，爱尔兰，日本，澳大利亚。选择杂志
中editorial board里面的editor, associate editor发信，希望他们能够提供一些审
稿的机会，直接在email里面paste自己的1页的简历。 虽然有不少不回信，但是基本上
还是每个杂志都有回应的。对于大多数的同学们来说，短期内能够增强的就是获得审稿
了。

能不能用你的自己弱背景来举例说明更有参考价值，这位仁兄的背景太强了，很难模仿
；比如换成我的背景：I have been invited to review 2 research articles from 1
editor in 1 country(China) for 1 journal in 1 scientific area.Review 5个方面：量小，差杂志，reviewed article作者远非牛人...这是不是有点画虎不成。偶愚钝，不知如何触类旁通，所以需要你的弱背景为例具体指导。谢谢！
