条的。。。

For example, if you publication records are poor and your contribution is
not significant, the IO may find fault on your review experience even if you
have several dozens of review experiences.

criterion for reviewer and your ranking among the reviewers, like:
"Only scientists who have established an international reputation of
excellence in the fields are considered as potential reviewers to judge the
work of others. Dr. XXX has been selected as one of our regular reviewers,
solely for his extraordinary scientific accomplishments in the field."

However, it may be possible that most editors will ignore your email request.
