除了说明organization有reputation（我在的单位获过很多奖），找老板写封信证明自
己是leading role，是否就可以了？还是这也需要heard evidence？ |

That means your boss' reference letter is not enough. It is not the acclaim
that I/O supposes to see. At least, you should get some reference letters fr
om other experts to recognize your leading role. Hard evidence, such as medi
a report, would be the best.

工作，没有被其他什么人recognize呀。也没有什么hard evidence。一定要找其他单位
的专家才有用吗？找老板的老板写信有用吗？或者找本单位的CEO写信算被recognize吗？

CEO's letter only can prove that you play the leading role in your company.
That means nothing. The logic of "leading role" is you are a leading guy in
an organization with distinguish reputation for an important project that
will have significant impact on the field. Thus you are the top expert who
is nationally or internatinally recogn
