控制成本主要靠物流体系，所以，主要是服务推动的公司，
不是产品推动的。结论就是：SDE地位不是很高，相对于
那些产品推动的IT公司。

用，没算国内发的中文文章），再加上一些其他的东西，EB1A条件还可以吧， 现在想
考虑一下是不是也claim critical role。如果不是leading role可不可以呢？我在联
邦政府部门工作 （几年前因为特殊情况sponsor了一些H1B），没有任何官职，是某个
领域的subject matter expert （SME）， 也就是说这方面政府签发任何文件和政策前
和我研究领域相关的部分都需要我review 是不是scientifically correct，我在好几
个政府文件里都是这个领域的scientific contact， 当然一个大的政府文件涉及面很
广，所有涉及领域的SME 都列在contact list上。 我的直接老板和大老板说在他们看
来我就是critical role，也会在推荐信里这么写，但不知道对绿卡申请来说算不算呢
？ 是联邦政府所以肯定是distinguished organization吧， 但各个不同科研领域的

我觉得我的情况和大多数在研究机构和公司的研究人员不同，因为政府的主要职能是为

1、推荐人自我介绍是谁，主要是介绍自己的title，critical role的信必须由雇主、
你的manager出示。 我请了skip level的mamager，因为直接manager太不牛了. 不需要
介绍他的牛背景，只要强调其职位和直接领导你，管理你在的organization
2、介绍你的organization如何牛，一小段。
3、这个很关键： In the past years, XXX has performed a critical role in
YYYY company/organization.
要明确说明，并且要明确说明是对整个organization，而不是你的project。
4、比较具体的吹嘘你的具体项目，干了什么，如何重要如何牛。 这部分要写的比较具
