Born Out of Country）上有这么一段话，
According to 18 U.S.C. §922(g)(5)(b), it shall be unlawful for any person
who, being an alien except as provided by subsection (y)(2), has been
admitted to the United States under a non-immigrant visa (as that term is
defined in Section 101(a)(26) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.
C. 1101 (a)(26)) to receive, possess, or transport any firearm or ammunition.
貌似it is unlawful for all alien (except as provided by subsection (y)(2), )
to receive, possess, or transport any firearm or ammunition.
这个except as provided by subsection (y)(2), 是啥啊？
最后，CHL-40 又列出了Non-Immigrant Alien 需要的材料， 貌似H1B是可以申请的。

License),那样很慢，直接邮寄复印件1-2周就拿到了。 |
