1. h1有猎证可以买枪
2. 有handgun certificate可以买手枪
3. 非公民在加州不能在车里放concealed firearm，就是不能锁盒里。
恶心的就是第三点，车里不能放就意味着基本没法拿去枪场了，只能在家里防身。精华
区买到手枪几个不知道是怎么操作。
那个法律写的挺奇怪，直说concealed gun怎么怎么非法。有个law firm网站解释说，
没有藏起来就不能定罪。当然我是不敢冒险把枪挂挡风玻璃上之类的。
谁了解？h1能弄手枪么？ |

California:
With a few exceptions, California forbids having a "concealable" firearm in
a vehicle. One of the most signifigant exceptions, however, does not apply
to non-citizens! The exception is that it's legal to have a handgun in
vehicle if it's locked in the trunk or is in some other locked container.
But, as I said, this exception only applies to citizens. Non-citizens can't
transport their handguns in their cars unless they fall under one of the
other exceptions in the law.
See the California Penal Code, section 12025 and 12026 for the law and it's
exceptions.

upon the person, provided that the following applies to the firearm:
(1)The firearm is within a motor vehicle and it is locked in the vehicle's
trunk or in a locked container in the vehicle other than the utility or
glove compartment.
Section 12025通篇意思就是，车里不能藏手枪。
