if your 9 is about 140, and 8 is about 150-155, pretty much you can finish
your round without other iron's.
my experience: i practice and practice my irons, but in my course play, i
rarely rarely have chance to use my irons.
for 400 par4, 3 8iron would get your 3 on, and if you are lucky, your driver
pick up some slack, you can get 2 on.
keep in mind, the fast way to lower the score is to avoid big number. have a
solid iron within 150 is definitely great th

thing for people to do it for living and I didn’t believe it until I had
failed to hit my long irons in the fairway more than enough. LOL.

发帖数: 2325 | 7 if so good with 9i and 56d, can try to play a course with just 5-6 clubs. it
should remove the range ball conitunous hit effect.
probably break or near 90 and it will be a nice try. and will probably find
why you hit those clubs so good.
sometimes i feel very good about my 8i, i feel the length of it just right
comfortable for me, and the memory of hitting many good shots before also
helps.
不过真正OWN YOUR SWING的时候， 还是ET 说到的那种感觉， 什么竿到了手上都一样.

don't hit several range balls in a row with the same club.
instead,
#1 ball, driver
#2 mid iron
#3 ball, driver
#4, 3wood
#5 short iron
each ball go over your preshot routine
imagine you are play a course, and alwasy pick some target
还有 you can place some tee around range ball, to check you hit the ball
right in the middle of club face, and have right divot.... to ingrain the
sweet spot hitting swing feelings... | q******3
