and lower my hear beat to 60 resting. I believe I also added quite a bit of
muscle.
I want to share my experience with everyone here. Here's what I did:
1. low carb. no rice, no flour or anything starchy.
2. 80% vegetarian. I still eat fish and occasionally meat.
3. reduce omega 6. The only oil I use is avocado oil.
4. set a goal and stick with it. My daily goal is moderate: 90 minutes
active and 10k steps. I run everyday for 2 mile and do weight lifting 2-3 a
week. If I could not run outside, I will do elliptical.
It's a simple and easy approach. If your goal is just to lose weight or be
more fitted, you could give it a try.
