triathlon. Thanks to their superb cardio condition, they can easily
wear down their opponents.

shorinji kempo. I've conditioned my knuckles by punching trees, and
conditioned my shins by hitting sugarcane. I would really like to learn muay
thai. unfortunately there are just too many things on my to-do list.

triathlon, olympic distance at most, not ironman.
