diet:
morning: 3/4 mile, 1/2 cup raisin cereal (this is not very good. Haven't got
a chance to buy oat. will do it tomorrow), 2 eggs
lunch: 1 cup boiled broccoli, 1 avacado, 1/2 cup Chinese mushroom , 1 cup
orange juice (this is probably not good too), a little ground beef
dinner: a small bowl of beef Vietnam noodle. asked double meat, double bean
sprouts, ate all the meat and bean sprouts and gave all the noodle to my
hubby.
exercise:
5:30, went to gym, about |
