sanction on publishing papers in Elsevier journals a few years ago. Elsevier
also has many journals similar to Hindawi.
The next one in the list is Springer. How about Springer journals? |

wondering Elsevier and Springer are not significantly more professional than
Hindawi. I am in CS and feel that papers published on EECS journals by
Elsevier are not of high quality. Papers published on EECS journals by
Springer are of a bit higher quality than Elsevier.

perception on the quality of CS papers published by Hindawi, Elsevier, and
Springer. I know nothing about the paper quality in other disciplines.

I once reviewed a shit manuscript submitted to Abstract and Applied
Analysis, and I strongly rejected. I actually can see another reviewer did
the same as me. But....the manuscript still got published !!!! WTF |

Elsevier有不少好的journals
Artificial Intelligence
Journal of Computer and System Sciences
Information and Computation
Springer好的journal到少一些
不过有很好的conference proceedings
不过最有名的还是CELL, THE LANCET, NEURON这都是至少和NS一个级别的
