Here's are the questions:
1, How to design an LNA, how to improve linearity? how to reduce NF?
A: high vov, gm3 cancellation ,feedabck etc. high ft, noise cancellation,
higher current etc.
2, MOS transistor noise
A: thermal noise, gate induced noise, flicker noise, shot noise
3, which parameter is related to gate induced noise? how to reduced rg?
A: Cgs, smaller w
4, why blocker increases NF?
A: 1, saturate the font end, reduce gain
2, intermodulation, cross modulation,
3, reciprocal mixing
5, IM2 impact of the Rx. He will ask two tones spacing at 1MHz. Then you may
be asked IM3 or IM2 matters?
6, PA design
A: load line method, load pull etc
