the role offered on PERM (they can be different)

3. At 140 stage, you need experience letters to show you meet all
requirements on PERM.
In addition, it's important to NOT make the requirements too narrow, and you
need to put 'any combination of education and experience will satisfy' to
avoid an audit.
Seriously, get a good lawyer, nowadays PERM is the trickiest part of GC.
Without careful drafting by an experienced lawyer, you are bound to get an
audit or denial. Asking on BBS won't help. That's a waste of at least one
year's time. Not worth it at all.

如果是ENGINEERING的职位，加上DOE什么的，如果是SCIENTIST，就强调一下
INDUSTRIAL的内容。MECHANICAL ENGINEER就对EE提些要求，做SOFTWARE的就要求
HARDWARE的经验。
然后，在你的简历和工作证明信里，把这些体现出来。
HR面视其他人的时候，让HR好好挑一挑，找学历和你查不多的，但是经历不太符合的来。
